1) Terms

Our prices are f.o.b. our factory and do not include freight costs. We offer terms of net 30 days to firms who have previously established credit.

All orders are shipped United Parcel Service Ground (UPS) unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for delays in transit. Expedited shipping is available at additional charges.

Shipping options will be available during checkout process. We offer UPS Ground Service, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air, Next Day Air Early AM Delivery and NDA Saver.

2) How to Send Art

All orders that are to be imprinted must be supplied with camera-ready, black & white, color separated artwork. Location or layout must be specified or we will use our best judgment. Any art that requires preparation will be billed accordingly.
Our prices are based on a maximum stamping area (6 x 6 is the largest) Larger areas will cost more.

Art can be sent in the following ways :

a. black and white, camera ready, reflective art. A nice black image on bright white, smooth paper.
b. CD- files must be PC compatible (not Mac) prepared in Adobe Illustrator or MSWord. Please make sure you include any fonts you may have used to create your image.
c. The quickest way to send us your art is as an attachment to an email to sales@decordesigninc.com

3) How to Order

Ordering is as easy as 1-2-3

1) Call or e-mail. We'll help you choose the covers, features and items that fit your special needs and budget. There's such a wide variety of covers, products and prices, we'll take the time to explain your options, so you can make the perfect selection.

2) Decorative Design Inc will prepare an order form for your signature to fax or e-mail, complete with your specifications, the estimated shipping date and payment arrangements. When your order is ready, we'll e-mail or call you with shipping confirmation.

3) Products are sent via United Postal Service (UPS). Special arrangements can be made for other carriers of your choice or express shipping.

Custom hardcover orders take 2-3 weeks. Custom Clear Café in Premium trims and non-standard sizes, take just a few days. Clear Cafes in Stock Colors ship the same or next business day.

a) Our Hours

Our telephone lines are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. eastern time. Email lines are open twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.

b) How long until I receive my order?

In stock items are shipped no later than the next working day from the time we receive your order. Personalized items generally take ten to fifteen days to produce. For shipments to addresses with zip codes starting with 0, 1 or 2 allow one to two days travel time; for zip codes starting with 3 or 4, allow two to three days; for zip codes 5, 6 and 7 allow three to four days; for zip codes 8 and 9 allow four to five days travel time.

If you need an order rushed please call us, we will do all we can to meet your deadline !!!

c) Do you have a return policy?

You must call before returning items.
Items must be returned to us within 30 days, in the same condition and in the same cartons in which you received it and you are responsible for freight, both ways. Menu covers with or without your personalized copy cannot be returned , however samples are available for your inspection prior to ordering.

d) How can I order samples?

You can order samples via email or call. Samples are available for a slight fee. This fee can be applied to the cost of any order for that product placed in within 30 days. You will be responsible for freight charges.

e) Other Issues

Sizes referenced on the web site are the actual menu paper insert size, not the size of the cover.

Colors shown on the web site may vary from the actual material colors. If you have any questions about color, please contact us for a free color swatch.

We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under on any order
